When can I request a return?

If your car hanging perfume arrives broken, leaking or is the wrong product, let us know. We will help arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I do not like the fragrance?

Everyone enjoys different scents. If your fragrance is not right for you, contact us within the return period.

How do I request a return?

Send us your order number and tell us what you need help with. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a clear photo if possible.

Who pays for return delivery?

The customer pays the return delivery cost. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can explain the steps and provide the return address.

How will I receive my refund?

  1. Your product must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.

  2. Guided by the Sunnah, we refund the product amount without deductions. The customer pays the return delivery cost separately.

  3. We will arrange a rider to collect your parcel. Please record a short video when handing it to the rider and send it to us as proof of collection.

  4. We issue refunds after receiving, checking and approving the returned product. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen during return delivery.

  5. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree on a refund method with you.

  6. We process approved refunds within 2–3 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the money in your account.
