At House of Khan, we want your order to reach you safely. Here is how delivery works when you shop at houseofkhan.pk.

Delivery in Pakistan

We deliver to locations in Pakistan covered by our courier. If your address is outside their delivery area, we will contact you.

Order preparation

We prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation working days after confirmation. (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2-3 business working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Courier delays, public holidays or bad weather may sometimes make delivery take longer.

Delivery charges

Enjoy free delivery on orders over Rs.4,500.

For other orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in supported areas. Please keep the amount shown on your order ready when the rider arrives.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details through [WhatsApp, SMS or email].

Your delivery details

Please enter your full address and correct phone number. Keep your phone available so the rider can contact you.

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it before dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and send clear photos of any damage so we can help.
